python的time庫的perf_counter()返回的是美國時(shí)間嗎？

我咋懷疑 python time庫的strftime()返回的是美國時(shí)間呢？？？
這不是剛好差8小時(shí)嘛？？？

import time
print(time.ctime())
print(time.strftime('%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S', time.gmtime()))

time.gmtime 顯示的是格林威治0時(shí)區(qū)的時(shí)間

中國時(shí)區(qū)是東八區(qū) 所以。。。
